1. Who we are

2. What data we collect and why

Account data

When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed password. If you sign in via Google or GitHub we receive only the email address your OAuth provider shares with us. We use this data to identify you, send verification and transactional emails, and allow you to log in.

Log data

Every message you or your services send to a logspace is stored as a log entry (message text, timestamp, log level, and program name). We also store daily byte totals per logspace to enforce plan limits and show you usage statistics.

Integration data

When you connect a third-party service we store the minimum identifiers needed to route messages:

• Slack — workspace ID, workspace name, bot token, channel IDs and names you select.
• Telegram — Telegram user ID, username, first name, and chat IDs you select.
• WhatsApp — phone number or business-scoped user ID, display name, and chat IDs you select.
• Discord — guild ID, guild name, channel IDs and names you select.
• Facebook Messenger — Page-Scoped User ID (PSID) and display name retrieved from the Meta Graph API.
• IFTTT — OAuth access token issued during the IFTTT OAuth flow.

Billing data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription ID — we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle payment data.

Support data

If you contact us by email we retain the correspondence in order to resolve your request.
Legal basis: legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. How we use your data

• Providing, operating, and improving the BunnyLogs service.
• Sending transactional emails (account verification, password reset).
• Enforcing plan limits and calculating usage billing.
• Delivering alert notifications to the channels you configure.
• Responding to support requests.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is described in this policy.

4. Third-party processors

5. Data retention

Log entries are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete a logspace, its log entries are deleted. If you close your account, all your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Cookies and session data

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
• Restriction — ask us to pause processing of your data.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.

To exercise any of these rights, email support@bunnylogs.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

8. Data security

All traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS (TLS). Passwords are stored as hashed values and are never readable by us. Our servers are hosted in EU data centres with restricted access.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or a notice on the site. The date at the top of this page always reflects when the policy was last revised.
