When you create an account we collect your email address and a hashed
password. If you sign in via Google or GitHub we receive only the email
address your OAuth provider shares with us. We use this data to identify you, send
verification and transactional emails, and allow you to log in.

Every message you or your services send to a logspace is stored as a log entry (message
text, timestamp, log level, and program name). We also store daily byte totals per logspace
to enforce plan limits and show you usage statistics.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID
and subscription ID — we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe's own privacy policy
governs how they handle payment data.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties beyond what is described in this policy.

Log entries are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete a logspace, its log entries are deleted. If you close your account, all your personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.

All traffic is encrypted in transit via HTTPS (TLS). Passwords are stored as hashed values and are never readable by us. Our servers are hosted in EU data centres with restricted access.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or a notice on the site. The date at the top of this page always reflects when the policy was last revised.
